At Central Coast Business & Training Strategies we are sensitive to privacy issues and treat very seriously the ongoing trust our customers have placed in us. Central Coast Business & Training Strategies will not supply any personal information supplied via its website to any third party, with the following exception:
Central Coast Business & Training Strategies will disclose your personal information or any of its log file information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such actions are necessary to:
1. Conform to the edicts of the law or comply with a legal process served on Central Coast Business & Training Strategies.

Candidates applying to enrol in the Security Industry Courses are required to have Criminal History Checks conducted prior to the commencement of training and the information contained on those forms is submitted directly to the NSW Police Service Security Industry Registry.
Information regarding candidates or any client will not be released to any third party without the express written permission from the candidate.
Candidates and or clients may access their personal records and files and any other information held by the organisation by making a request in writing to the management.
Candidate information will be available to auditors form the following organisations upon request NSW Security Industry Registry, NSW VETAB, Australian Taxation Office.
